This program is to be based around a system of quottemplatesquot that can be created by an associated quottemplate creatorquot program. These templates will be used to create the album users will be albe to insert the images they wish to use into the template frames.A complete description of all the specific details of the software is provided in the attached file. Please make sure to read it carefully before bidding we are more than happy to answer any questions you may have. A good mastery of English is required for the writing of some of the Wizard instructions etc. While the description provided is rather long it is actually a relatively simple piece of software, and all bids will be taken seriously.The deadline for this software is 5 weeks. After 4 weeks the programmers should submit a complete and working version of the software for evaulation, upon which we will make any necessary corrections. At this time we may suggest some superficial changes to the software any such changes should be adopted into the bid.Complete support should be provided for 2 months after the software is submitted in case any bugs are found or any further superficial changes are necessary.The final software needs to be readytoinstall and should work flawlessly and be completely bug free. Before final submission the programmers should check the software thoroughly to make sure everything works correctly.
