Should be able to input one page of text and have the db rewrite it into a defined number of pages 100s or more by using a Thesauraus and by sorting, changing, and filtering sentences and paragraphs. Specs available.2. Output pages from 1. above or pages imported from outside the application should then be turned into HTML pages with a mechanism for defining usual html tags such as title, boldstrong, H tages, etc.We have suggested My SQL, but Access is also acceptable.

Innovate - Suggest features the bidder didn't mention, talk about future extensions to the project, and discuss whether you think his or her approach is a good idea. Show interest, intellect, and willing.
