Filemaker to MySQL conversion with some development
The requirements for this project are as follows:Take all of our existing databases (both local and on our websites) and convert them from filemaker to mysql. Develop the screens that our staff are currently using on their local machines and make them accessible on a staff website (so that they can run their various reports and have minimal shellshock as a result of this change). All databases need to be linked. I will have you download 2 programs that we would like to model our staff interface after (these are trial versions) and have you make the interface basically look just like it and have the same functionality. We have 5 websites that need to be converted and transferred over to our new server. The addresses are oan.org, loadview.com, farwestshow.com, ygpshow.com and nurseryguide.com. We are a nonprofit organization and our maximum budget for this particular project is 300.00. This fee has to include all database conversion, all implementation and all testing, as well as the transfer of the websites to our new server and the creation of the staff interface (modeled after the demo programs you will take a look at). If you need further clarification just let me know.

Bid Smart - The lowest bidder doesn't always get chosen, far from it. Persuade your buyer why they should pick you - and they will.
Research - If John has paid more than $500 a contract for his last 10 project, why would you think he is interested in your $10 bid? Check up on the buyer, bid what he expects, and deliver quality to match.
Read - Please read the bid request - I cannot emphasise this enough - if you do not read the bid request then you will not be chosen, this is pretty much certain. Mention the bid request specifically in your application, and don't forget to repeat the key deliverables.
Innovate - Suggest features the bidder didn't mention, talk about future extensions to the project, and discuss whether you think his or her approach is a good idea. Show interest, intellect, and willing.
