I would like to build an intranet for my company. My company offers to our clients the following services 1. Web development 2. web hosting 3. dial up and broadband connections 4. surveilance cameras 5. hardware 6. Hardware installations 7. Support contracts. 8. WiFi Products 9. DTP services 10. logo designAll services demands different data input forms. So I would like to have the ability when I add a new service or product to associate this service with a new form or an existing form where I decide which fields are going to be used in order to define the service or the product. Every product or service will have a fix price. The intranet will be used from the employees, resellers, central administrator, and direct clients. So I need a authentication and personalization. Every group will get different prices all the services and products. The central admin will define the percentage of profit to every group of users. After the client or a reseller logs in he will have the view of the products and services and he will be able to add any service he wants in order to proceed his order he must fill the requested forms of every product or service. After he proceed his order this request will be proceeded to the department of our company which will be responsible for this service and all the employees will receive an email notice. After the department receives the order the employee who receive it will proceed the request of our client and when the order is completed an email will be send to the client. The administrator will have the ability to see which employee proceed the order and he will be notified when the order is completed by the employees.
Bid Smart - The lowest bidder doesn't always get chosen, far from it. Persuade your buyer why they should pick you - and they will.
Research - If John has paid more than $500 a contract for his last 10 project, why would you think he is interested in your $10 bid? Check up on the buyer, bid what he expects, and deliver quality to match.
Read - Please read the bid request - I cannot emphasise this enough - if you do not read the bid request then you will not be chosen, this is pretty much certain. Mention the bid request specifically in your application, and don't forget to repeat the key deliverables.
Innovate - Suggest features the bidder didn't mention, talk about future extensions to the project, and discuss whether you think his or her approach is a good idea. Show interest, intellect, and willing.
